The only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily provide when making a table booking or submitting an enquiry through our contact form. This may include your name, email address, phone number, party size, booking date and time, and any notes you choose to give us.
We use this information solely to manage your table booking or respond to your enquiry, including questions about private hire. We do not use your details for marketing or mailing lists.
Confirmed table bookings are added to our private booking calendar in Apple iCloud so the pub team can manage the diary. Apple processes this information as our service provider under its applicable privacy and security terms. Calendar access is restricted to authorised pub staff.
We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. We do not send marketing emails or promotional messages. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
We keep booking and enquiry details only as long as needed to manage your visit or question and for reasonable business record-keeping, typically no longer than 12 months. After that, the details are deleted.
